Shipping: 

- I am only able to offer tracked shipping at this time. This way, myself and Canada Post will be able to locate your package and get it to you in the case that it gets lost.

- If you have made an error with your shipping address, please email me ASAP so that I can correct the address before I ship your package.

Returns/exchanges/custom orders:

- I do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

- I will not be taking any orders to recreate or duplicate earrings in this collection. 

Local Pickup in Victoria

If you are ordering from Victoria, I offer local pickup/delivery between the dates of April 24-27. Please pay for shipping at the checkout and I will email you to refund your shipping and coordinate a pickup/delivery.
